Clicking on them will direct you to an OMTEC-specific reservation process. Alternatively, mention “OMTEC” when booking by phone. If a room block sells out, attendees may still book directly with the hotel outside the block at the hotel’s current rates.
Important Notice: OMTEC is not associated with any housing company, and we will never contact you to book hotel rooms or request payment for accommodations. If you receive emails or phone calls offering OMTEC hotel reservations, they are unauthorized solicitations and should be treated as fraudulent.

Parking / Rideshare / Transportation
Public parking is available in the William St. Garage and East Parking Garage. Parking is $15.00 for 24 hours, and there are no in & out privileges. (Rate is current as of 12/1/25.) Also, free parking is available at Parkway Bank Park (across from the convention center) with validation from any of the park’s venues. Finally, while not directly affiliated with the convention center, there are other parking options in the area, such as hotel garages and parking lots, which may be more expensive or offer different service. Pick up & Drop off areas for the convention center are located at the main circular drive entrance at 5555 North River Rd. Rosemont, IL 60018. Your preferred rideshare service should never take more than a few minutes to arrive.
