Booth furnishings, electric, audiovisual equipment and more can be ordered online or by completing and returning the order forms contained in the Exhibitor Services Manual.

  • To order online, go to res.rosemont.com and log in. Returning exhibitors can use their credentials from 2024 or follow the “reset password” instructions if forgotten. New exhibitors will need to register and create an account using the email address provided on their exhibitor application. To set a password click “Register”. Once your password is created, return to the login page and enter your email address and newly created password.

  • Alternatively, you may order using the forms in the Services Manual.


Please note that RES is using a NetSuite/Oracle platform and some communications and the login screen will reflect this. If you experience difficulty logging in to the ordering portal, Marne Kirkwood from RES is at your service.

Included with Your Booth

Exhibit Essentials 

  • Carpet in show colors (blue)
  • One draped/skirted 6’ x 30” table per 100 square feet, two side chairs and one wastebasket per 100 square feet of exhibit space
  • One 7” x 44” sign with company name and booth number
  • Five staff badges per 100 square feet of exhibit space

  • List of registrants emailed pre-event to assist with your planning
  • List of attendees email post-event to assist with your follow up (email addresses will be provided for those who opt-in)

FAQs

What are the Exhibit Hall Hours and when can I move in and out?

Move in is 8:00 am - 5:00 pm on Tuesday, June 17. The exhibit floor hours are 9:00 am - 5:30 pm on Wednesday, June 18 and 8:00 am to 1:00 pm on Thursday, June 19. Exhibitor move out is 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm on Thursday---early breakdown is strictly prohibited.

Can you help me obtain a Visa?

Letters of invitation will not be issued. From the U.S. State Department website: "Visa applicants must qualify based on their ties abroad/to their home country, rather than assurances from U.S. family and friends. A letter of invitation or Affidavit of Support is not needed to apply for a visitor visa. If you choose to bring a letter of invitation or Affidavit of Support to your interview, please remember it is not one of the factors used in determining whether to issue or deny the visa." The OMTEC website and the information contained within it will prove that OMTEC is a legitimate business event.

Are there rules about booth displays and hanging signs?

Yes! Every booth, regardless of size or location, deserves clear visibility. Adhering to sightline rules prevents one exhibitor’s setup from overshadowing another. Following display height guidelines helps maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing exhibit space for all participants.

Inline Booths (10x10, 10x20)
--Maximum back wall height: 8 feet (2.44m)
--Maximum side wall height:
--4 feet (1.22m) in the front 5 feet of the booth
--8 feet (2.44m) in the back 5 feet
--Hanging signs not permitted for inline booths.

Island Booths (20x20, open on all sides)
--All 20x20 booth displays require pre-approval from show management.
--No height restriction in most cases.
--Hanging signs usually allowed but must fit within the booth footprint.

How do I update my company's information in the Exhibitor List?

Use the auto link provided to you in our email communications to access and edit your company's information. Contact us if you lost it or can't find it. Alternatively, email us your updates and we'll take care of it. Note: We've taken the liberty of adding logos, contact information and company descriptions for all exhibitors.

What is your cancellation policy?

Booth and sponsorship cancellations received before March 31, 2025 will be refunded 50%. Cancellations received after March 31 will not be refunded.

Is there food, beverages and Wi-Fi at OMTEC?

Yes, yes and yes! We serve full, hot meals each morning and afternoon with plenty of refreshments and snacks available throughout the day. And, of course there's Wi-Fi at no charge.
