About OMTEC Registration Prices
OMTEC is intentionally structured to serve orthopedic OEM professionals, who attend at little or no cost as our primary audience.
Industry participants play an important but different role at OMTEC. Because many represent competitive interests or have significant commercial objectives, their participation is priced accordingly. The Industry badge pricing structure protects our exhibitors’ investment and ensures OMTEC remains a high-value forum for OEM professionals.
OMTEC is a premium, all-access conference experience. Registration includes access to the exhibit hall, educational sessions, networking events, hot breakfast and lunch buffets, refreshment breaks, receptions with food and beverages, and complimentary coffee and water. There are no additional fees required to participate fully in the conference.

Eligibility and Disclaimers:

- All attendees, regardless of category, receive full access to sessions, exhibits and networking events.
Policies:
- Transfers: Registrations may be transferred at no cost to another individual of the same registration type through June 1.
- Cancellations: Contact us with your cancellation request on or before June 1 for a refund, less a $50 processing fee per registrant.
- Code of Conduct: To maintain a productive exhibit floor, industry registrants may not solicit exhibitors at their booths. Non-compliance may result in badge revocation and removal from the conference.
