Tony Passalacqua has 30+ years of experience in the transportation and orthopedic industry, specializing in sales operations, supply chain optimization, operational restructuring and strategic planning. Mr. Passalacqua is the President and CEO of OrthoEx LLC, a full-service medical device 3PL specializing in the ortho/spine/biologic industry. OrthoEx allows companies to focus on sales growth while outsourcing the necessary support services. In addition, Mr. Passalacqua provides guidance to the design and architecture of Surgio Health, a cloud-based medical device software that provides process optimization and business analytics for hospitals, manufacturers and distributors. Before founding OrthoEx, Mr. Passalacqua was the VP of Operations for a $180M Stryker Orthopaedics distributor. During his 12-year career at Stryker, he developed and implemented cost control and inventory management initiatives and consulted on various supply chain optimization projects. Before Stryker, Mr. Passalacqua worked in the transportation industry at UPS and FedEx. As a Senior Manager for one of the largest FedEx ground facilities in the country, he was recognized for his successes in reducing operational costs to increase profits and identifying talent for future senior and executive management.
