Rob Ball is a Director at Genesis Innovation Group and CEO of two of its portfolio companies, Shoulder Innovations and Magnesium Development Company. Mr. Ball has spent more than two decades bringing medical device technologies to market, including proprietary orthopedic materials. He served at Tornier as Global Vice President, Research and Development, during which time the company grew from approximately $70 million to $300 million in annual revenues through organic growth of new products. Prior roles include Vice President of Marketing and Product Development at Kinetikos Medical and R&D Engineer at DePuy Orthopaedics. Mr. Ball holds more than 30 issued or pending patents.
