Kris Carter has more than 10 years of experience in supply chain management and logistics. His expertise includes vendor management, process improvement, supply chain management and demand forecasting. Kris is focused on developing life cycle planning strategies that support new brands and products and ensuring inventory needs are met across global markets. He oversees and manages Total Joint Orthopedics’ supply chain, from production planning and procurement to the fulfillment of customer orders. He also evaluates the needs of distribution and sales personnel on a regional and national basis, and initiates strategies that meet their requirements. Kris leverages his skills in vendor relations, process improvement and logistics management to optimize the efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness of the supply chain operations.
