John Phillips serves as President of the Implants and Instrumentation Division at Phillips Precision Medicraft (PPM). PPM has been a leading global orthopedic manufacturer since 1969. John is a visionary leader with extensive business development, manufacturing operations, process optimization, and supply chain management expertise. He has guided PPM through what we proudly refer to as the “Automation Revolution.” This marks the most significant automation expansion in the company’s history, involving dozens of high-volume 5-axis robotic cells, an expansion to a series of horizontal milling cells, and the implementation of Smart Machine Monitoring with real-time AI data management. With a background in computer science, John has developed innovative programs and organizational structures that maximize employee potential while ensuring PPM’s sustained growth and success.
