Review the List of 2026 In-booth Speaking Slots and Honorable Mentions
To further enrich OMTEC’s education program, confirmed exhibitors are invited to share technical insights, best practices, case studies and breakthrough innovations that elevate learning and spark meaningful collaboration. OEMs are looking for passionate leaders, innovators and subject-matter experts who deliver engaging, high-value presentations grounded in credible expertise and aligned with the challenges and opportunities shaping today’s orthopedic industry. Presentation topics may include materials science, additive manufacturing, product development, manufacturing automation, supply chain management and other areas that inform and advance orthopedic design, engineering, manufacturing and supply chains.
Abstracts are reviewed and selected by OMTEC’s Advisory Board. Twelve exhibitors are expected to receive an in-booth speaking opportunity in 2026.
Speaking Affords You the Opportunity to:
- Gain personal exposure as an expert while showcasing your company's competencies and building its brand
- Fuel in-bound inquiries by having your name, company and presentation title published in online and onsite promotions
- Drive quality traffic to your booth
Speaking Considerations:
- Abstract Submission Deadline for the 2026 event is Tuesday, February 10.
- Companies must be an OMTEC exhibitor at the time of submission deadline.
- A non-refundable abstract fee is due at the time of submission.
Presenters Receive:
- Use of portable PA system (speaker, microphone) and monitor delivered to your booth by OMTEC staff.
- A 15-minute speaking slot on Wednesday or Thursday (Presentations will take place at your booth.)
- Exposure in the online and printed education agenda (Abstracts that are not selected will receive a notable mention online.)
Tips for Submitting a Great Abstract:
- Include important industry keywords that resonate with OEMs in your abstract title and description.
- Focus on the valuable knowledge you plan to impart on OEMs. What best practices will your session provide? How can you make processes more efficient and save money?
- Outline your abstract in a Word document and copy and paste the critical information into the submission form. The form will not save your work if you leave and return.
Abstract Review Process:
- Abstracts will be vetted by OMTEC’s Advisory Board on the basis of content, educational value, relevance and overall program balance. Company commercials will be rejected.
- Abstract winners and runners-up will be notified via email on Wednesday, March 18.
