How DFM Helps You Hit the High Notes in Orthopedic Device Development

About Webinar

Design for Manufacture (DFM) is one of the easiest and most effective ways to help ensure a smooth manufacturing process and control costs for your orthopedic device or component, especially when it is used in the early stages of product development. While the OEM is an expert in the way their suturing device, polyaxial screw or implant works, the CMO is an expert in how to manufacture it. Tegra Medical’s Program Management Director Dean Petrella has helped countless customers launch cost-effective, repeatable manufacturing processes. He reveals the three DFM steps that are crucial for improving quality, timelines and cost. Weaving in the parallels between orchestrating a successful DFM process and enjoying music, this webinar explains how OEMs and CMOs can join forces to realize all the benefits DFM has to offer.
