Douglas Leach, Managing Director, Device Innovation, HSS Innovation Institute

In his role at the Innovation Institute, Mr. Leach is focused on driving the discovery, assessment, development and commercialization functions related to musculoskeletal devices at HSS. Prior to HSS, Mr. Leach spent more than 25 years in the orthopedic device industry, working across R&D, product marketing and business management functions. He has experience in both large corporate settings and early-stage technology companies, having served as a former Vice President with Stryker, as well as Senior Vice President at OrthoSensor.
