Duncan Thompson

Duncan Thompson has over 25 years of experience at ANCA and is currently Special Projects Manager, responsible for the technical direction and commercialization of customized machine and application developments. Within this role, Duncan is also a Product Manager for Medical Market Applications, responsible for identifying and developing solutions in the medical manufacturing market. During his time at ANCA, Duncan has gained intimate market and grinding application knowledge by working across a range of roles, including service, application grinding, sales, special project development, product management and marketing. As a fluent Japanese speaker, Duncan was based in the Japanese market for three years and retains strong ties to customers in that unique market. Today, Duncan’s motivation and passion come from “working with customers from diverse international markets to understand their challenges and being instrumental in delivering solutions.”
