With 20 years in the medical industry, Aaron brings deep experience and a proven track record in orthopedics. He spent 13 years at his family’s company, Bradshaw Medical, starting on the manufacturing floor and eventually serving as Director of Sales & Marketing, where he helped launch the groundbreaking Stealth Series handles. In 2018 Bradshaw Medical joined Intech, where Aaron now leads U.S. sales and supports customers around the globe. He’s most proud of the relationships he’s built—many turning into lifelong friendships. Off the clock, Aaron is a family man, married to his wife of 15 years, Maylen, and dad to two awesome kids, Lee and Emma—not to mention Howard, their trusty labradoodle. He’s an avid golfer, fitness enthusiast and die-hard Green Bay Packers fan. Oh, and if you hear Aerosmith blasting—it’s probably him.
